In January, 2012, myself, my husband and a friend decided to form a partnership and start our own business of Solar Screens for the San Antonio area. We made a decision to reserve a booth at the San Antonio Home & Garden Show and made an appointment with the Show Technology people to meet and get all info regarding the booth. It was a hard decision at the time since we were brand new and funds were really limited, but knew we needed to do as much marketing as possible. We went with the booth that February and have never regretted out decision since! We got so many leads from this show, it was hard making contact with everyone! This one show basically “kick-started” our business and helped us to grow for that first year. Since then, we have done the show every year and are amazed at the leads/business we are able to come home with. With the help and advice of working with Victoria (Show Technology), she has been there to answer any questions/problems we might have along the way. Where else can you stand in one place and have your prospective customers come to you, give you their information, answer their questions and anxiety regarding your product all in just a three day period? All we had to do afterwards was to follow up and close the sale. We truly believe that we would not be the success we have seen so far, IF it wasn’t for the San Antonio Home & Garden Shows.
