Find Everything Under One Roof
This year’s Spring Show brings together home improvement experts, garden specialists, and interactive experiences designed to help homeowners refresh their spaces for the season. Across the show floor, guests can explore ideas for improving and enhancing their homes while discovering inspiration tailored to Central Florida living.
Garden lovers will find large-scale plant sales throughout the weekend. The Yard Stop of Mount Dora will showcase more than 1,000 square feet of flowers, plants, palm trees, vegetables, and herbs, with landscape designers available to offer guidance and help plan garden or landscape updates. Additional displays include a wide selection of plumerias from Just Plumerias, 500 square feet of orchids, and an assortment of cacti and succulents, making it easy to bring home something new for the season.

Throughout the weekend, guests can also enjoy gardening and cooking demonstrations, hands-on classes for all ages, and family activities that complement the show’s spring focus.
Learn from the Experts: Gardening & Cooking Stages
Spring programming centers around two featured stages offering practical advice and seasonal inspiration.
On the Gardening Stage, educator Leah Brooks leads Florida-focused sessions that explore learning gardens for children, backyard wildflower design, and growing fresh produce throughout the year. She is joined by additional gardening experts, including Astrid Pingshaw, who presents an introductory seminar on growing microgreens at home.
The Eat It and Like It Cooking Stage is hosted by Jesse Blanco of Eat It Florida, who leads live demonstrations throughout the weekend focused on seasonal cooking and at-home entertaining. Sessions highlight approachable dishes and techniques, from comforting chicken tortilla soup and crowd-friendly brunch ideas to building flavorful mocktails and elevating everyday kitchen staples.
Be sure to check out the full seminar schedule for complete session times and details.
Hands-On Spring Classes
Interactive classes add another layer to the weekend, especially for families. Chef It Up will host kid-friendly cooking sessions featuring spring-inspired activities with fresh flavors, hands-on preparation, and playful garden elements, along with an adults-only pasta-making workshop on Friday. Guests can explore all Chef It Up classes and register in advance.
Additional workshops include building a container herb garden with Jenna Workman from Fairy Tale Gardens and spring-themed cupcake decorating with Tru~Cakes. Register for the herb garden class here and the cupcake workshop here. Be sure to sign up early, space is limited.

Fly Fishing & Outdoor Demos
Fly fishing pros Lonnie Devore, Amir Pishdad, Mike Franz, and Steve Lo return with demonstrations and tips suited for anglers of all experience levels. Their sessions offer an engaging look at casting techniques and Florida’s waterways.
Family Fun All Weekend Long
Beyond classes and seminars, families can enjoy hands-on activities throughout the show, including DIY birdhouse crafts, mini coloring projects, a Scouts model campsite, and Backyard Bass casting lessons. PERCH Rescue will also host its Birds of Prey session, giving kids the chance to meet an owl up close. Each morning, the first 50 kids receive a free ticket to the Crayola Experience.
